About the Builder
Chris Paul
I was born into homebuilding. As a third-generation builder, construction is in my blood. I grew up working alongside my father on job sites throughout middle and high school.
After graduation, I went on to earn a degree in Construction Management while continuing to build homes part-time and gaining valuable design experience working for an architectural firm. That hands-on background gave me a deep understanding of every stage of the homebuilding process—from design to completion.
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve personally built more than 1,000 homes throughout South Florida. My experience includes new home construction, large-scale remodels, additions, and in-law suites, but my primary focus today is high-quality, fully custom new homes tailored to each client.
I intentionally build only four to six homes per year. This allows me to stay personally involved in every aspect of each project, including jobsite supervision, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling. I don’t outsource project management or hand off responsibility. When you build with me, you work directly with me and you’ll never be passed off to someone else. I’m available to my clients seven days a week to answer questions, walk through ideas, or resolve anything that comes up during the process.
Unlike many builders, I don’t use general subcontractors to oversee the job. I hire and coordinate each individual contractor myself—framers, plumbers, electricians, painters, window installers, trim crews, and more—many of whom are part of my trusted in-house team. I also personally supply all building materials, which gives me full control over cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
I also draw all of my own home plans in-house. This makes it easy to make changes on the fly and collaborate with you to tailor the layout to your lifestyle—whether it’s a reconfigured kitchen, an added bonus room, or custom outdoor living spaces. I handle all permitting myself to keep the process streamlined and efficient.
